Based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, The Night Agent is a sophisticated, character-based, action-thriller centering on a low level FBI Agent who works in the basement of the White House, manning a phone that never rings -- until the night that it does, propelling him into a fast-moving and dangerous conspiracy that ultimately leads all the way to the Oval Office.

Gabriel Basso’s action thriller isn’t a hit by accident. And in Season 3, it’s firing on all cylinders. That's a star right there. Go to Full Review

Buoyed by the best ensemble of new supporting players for the show to date, the third season of ‘The Night Agent' is arguably the best. Go to Full Review

Ultimately, The Night Agent Season 3 is just good espionage, political plotting, and aggressive displays of power. Go to Full Review

The Night Agent is still perfectly good “watch while doing laundry” TV, but it feels like the third season is even more lunkheaded than the first two, and the absence of Buchanan is huge. Go to Full Review

While Netflix renewed The Night Agent for a third season before the second debuted, I am convinced the reception for this new batch of episodes will secure a fourth season for Peter Sutherland and the Night Action team. Go to Full Review

In Season 3, the storyline takes a U-turn, abandoning the high-stakes story of a compromised president and effectively neutering the show. Go to Full Review

Riley M @RT00642915 1d Ugh such a bindable and enjoyable series that always keeps you on your toes!!! can't wait for season 4 to come out as I need to see Peter Sutherland living his best life :) See more G G @GGbaby 2d MUCH better than last season. Writing had several plausible plot twists. The acting was engrossing. Took a series that was meh, and had me excited for the next season. Glad the character development of the 'bad' guys was multidimensional and relatable. See more David H @DavidHHH 4d Looks like they threw a bit more budget at this season - car chase, pyrotechnics, locations... Though I thought the acting was a little wooden in some of the minor characters. Still - if you're into the twisty spy / action thing and you can overlook the laughable plot points, it's worth a binge. See more Eva B @RT48515266 Mar 22 The first half was a bit boring but the rest turned out to be really interesting. See more azalea T @azalea-k Mar 22 Great bounce back from the dull season 2. See more Tyler O. @RT63664776 Mar 21 This show is so good. My wife and I absolutely love it. Even when Peter makes really stupid choices, it is still a great watch. See more Read all reviews
