First acting work was as a toddler in a radio commercial for her father's clothing store in Ohio. Active in the Chicago theater scene after college; stage work includes West Side Story andaproduction of Louis Sachar's adaptation of his children's novel Holes. Provided the voice of the character Marissa Sanchez, a sidekickon Mancow's Morning Madhouse, a Chicago radio show hosted by Erich "Mancow" Muller. Won a Halloween-costume contest by dressing up as singer Amy Winehouse, which led to performances using a karaoke machine; eventuallybecame the lead singer in a six-piece tribute band in Chicagocalled House of Winehouse. Provides the voice of Sandra the rhino and plays the CBS censor on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson.
