Dawn Burkes
Tomatometer-approved critic
Biography:
I've had a long and varied career in newspapers and online. From my earliest days as a sports editor and staff writer at the Tallahassee Democrat to my role now as an entertainment writer and TV critic, my emphasis has always been on words. I've worked in almost every position from photographer to editor, at the Democrat; USA Today; The Atlanta Journal-Constitution; and several positions at The Dallas Morning News. To quote Sterling Archer of FXX's Archer, one of my favorite TV series, "Where you plant me, I will grow."
