What to Know

Critics Consensus

Some tonal inconsistency makes 18 1/2 more of a 7/10, but this well-acted period piece mines the Watergate scandal for fresh, insightful dramedy.

Mirvish’s excellent cast approaches this sequence like a one-act play, swinging at every curveball their fellow actors throw. Go to Full Review

It’s entertaining enough and you never know where the story is headed, but it doesn’t quite hold together. Go to Full Review

Yes, another Watergate movie, but this one's fun and totally fictional. Go to Full Review

gamely entertaining ... The biggest problem with 18 1/2 is keeping track of the Watergate figures. ... 18 1/2 might be enjoyable for history buffs, but others may wonder what the fuss is about. Go to Full Review

Steadfastly refusing to choose just one genre, but maintaining a compelling and unique tone throughout, 18½ captures just how ludicrous and doomed America truly is. Go to Full Review

Conner 12/25/2024 Ive learned the hard way that platforms like Deriv can quickly turn into a gamble, especially when youre not fully in control of your investments. Thats exactly what happened to me. My broker decided to invest on my behalf, and before I knew it, I had lost all my money. They claimed they were making smart investments for me, but it was nothing more than a scam. The worst part? They refused to give me clear information about where my funds were going and became increasingly unresponsive when I asked for updates. At first, I trusted the platform because everything seemed legit. I started seeing some small returns, but it all changed when my broker started making decisions without my knowledge. As time went on, I tried to withdraw my funds, but I couldnt access anything. When I reached out to them, they went silent. Thats when I realized I had been scammed.I was devastated, but I refused to just accept the loss. After doing some research, I found out about recovery firms that specialize in investigating fraudulent brokers and helping victims recover their funds. I reached out to one of these firms and got connected with a professional who took my case seriously. The recovery expert immediately began working on contacting the broker and putting pressure on them to release my funds. To my relief, within just a few days, the recovery firm was able to get my money back. I honestly didnt think it was possible at first, but the expertise and persistence of the recovery firm made all the difference. I also learned that hiring a lawyer might not be the best option for cases like mine. The legal process can be slow and complicated, especially when the scammers are in different jurisdictions. The recovery firm, on the other hand, knew exactly how to navigate the situation. If youve fallen victim to a scam like I did, I highly recommend reaching out to a recovery firm like BOTNET CRYPTO RECOVERY. They specialize in these types of cases and can help you recover your funds without the hassle of dealing with unhelpful brokers or wasting time on ineffective legal routes. If you're in a similar situation, Dont give up. There are professionals who can help you get your money back. The drama becomes too over the top and eventually absurd to an extreme. The film is centered around the missing Watergate tapes and built around endless whatifisms. The movie grows tiresome and at under 90 minutes feels much longer.
