A man with a piece of glass (Yes glass!) starts slitting peoples necks while the other 90 passengers sit back watching the in flight movie. This is one of the movies where anyone with a braincell could have pointed out why this wouldn't work. See more Gabriel L @GabrielLeiteArt Aug 12 Honestly, most of the times I watch a movie like this, it’s when I’m sleepy or too lazy to watch something that requires too much thinking, and this seems like a good movie for that situation. The acting might be the highlight of the film. I’d say it’s flawless and award-worthy, and it’s no surprise it was nominated and even won some awards. As for the rest… same old, same old, like usual for this type of movie, full of predictability and clichés. But here’s the thing: if you watch it without much commitment and with your “brain off,” you might even get emotional in some scenes (like I did). To finish, I found it kind of questionable, again, to stereotype Muslims as terrorists. That’s what lost the most points for me. And dude, this is a 2019 movie, they should already know how problematic that is. The screaming becomes a bit much from Vedat. Not a bad movie to watch, unless you're on an airplane. See more Natasha C @RT98864422 Aug 8 I found the main protagonist Vedat insufferable. I mean I guess that’s the point… but it was really irritating to watch him be such a whiny little asshole, I almost turned the movie off because he was making my skin crawl.
