This is a film as tidy, transparent and kid-friendly as a square of Jell-O salad, and so squishily eager-to-please that it doesn't engage with its religious themes so much as tuck them into song lyrics to hover in the narrative like grapes.

Week Away is a wholesome Series I have watched. It is an inspiring musical youth campaign with memorable songs, a positive message, and a cast that brings out emotions. It's an enjoyable watch for anyone looking for an uplifting movie that the whole family can enjoy.

I have just started watching the series. The trailer motivated me to watch it, and right now i am on my first episode. What i love about the movie is the good music, friendships and also the atmosphere of faith. It is the kind of series i enjoy watching. I am so exited to finish it, the themes is so valuable, there are good think about this show and I definitely recommend it

I’m not a big musicals person and as a Christian most Christian movies are really cheesy and don’t have good acting or writing typically. Although some of those things are true about this movie the difference is night and day from most other movies. Is it still cheesy yes. Does it still have mediocre writing yes. But the acting is actually surprisingly really good and even though the writing isn’t great the narrative is carried by the 2 leads and how good they are. Not to mention for a musical and the 2 leads actually can sing. Thank God for that. Nothing that’s gonna raise many eyebrows but a fun, believable, light hearted 90 minutes something you don’t get often from Netflix anymore unfortunately.

Before watching the critically acclaimed film A Week Away, I was both atheist and WAYYYY TOO GAY. This movie changed me in a fundamental way and allowed me to see the light of the big JC (Jesus Christ). I truly transcended the limits of filmgoing experience by the light of this movie. I will never see something better. This was beautiful. When Trump got shot I was devastated, but this movie was here to comfort me. Thank you, A Week Away, I might even love you more than I love God.
