Jan 31, 2018 This film started out a bit slow but the development of the story along with Edward Furlong's acting and ability to get you to care about the character almost makes it addicting to finish! A really well made thriller with an ending that I didn't see coming. See more Jun 3, 2016 Below Zero led me to have some thoughts. I wondered to myself: "I believe a straightforward good movie is better than a complex bad movie. But is a complex bad movie better than a straightforward bad movie?" I ruminated upon this over Below Zero's 100 minute run time, and you know what? I'm kinda thinking yeah, maybe it is better. It's still bad though. See more Jan 2, 2015 Despite some hackneyed acting from Edward Furlong, Below Zero is surprisingly good. Very multi-layered about a screenwriter locking himself in a freezer in a slaughterhouse writing a story about a screenwriter locking himself in a freezer in a slaughterhouse. The story goes deep and we see the story being written and re-written as it goes. Anyway, this is a great movie, with a very satisfying end.
