See more Film L @RT65179587 03/05/2024 The world has changes, and over the past few years films have been a clear representation of what we have all been through. Box Metaphor is no different, with it's not so subtle view on society and where they think it is heading. The set up is clear and simple, giving you enough to understand the film and leaving enough for you to draw your own conclusions. I can see more films like this coming out in the future and to be honest it's a breath of fresh air seeing what can be done on a micro budget. I like the way lighting was used sparingly, showing just enough to help tell the story. After all it's not a docco and stylisation is the key here, and the cinematography nailed it. There were very few actors and I would love to see behind the scenes to get a feel for how this film was shot and how they went about it. I got Buried (2010) vibes only on a lower budget a more Heart. Highly recommended viewing. See more Read all reviews
