Occasionally, the dizzying filmmaking style, a mix of practical stunt work and invisible VFX, feels like a video-game cutscene. More often, it just sucks the air from your lungs.

Both Extraction films are highly entertaining op films to watch with Hemsworth rocking it, and I tend to like the second installment better. There’s a long shot action sequence that I don’t know how long it truly lasts but is incredible. All around high octane film with remarkable action scenes, fight sequences, and a decent script. Sandro has to be one of the dumbest characters in recent viewings of a more serious film like this but there wouldn’t be much of a movie without his foolish decision making skills.

Chris is a brilliant actor, especially knowing he's such a jolly happy person he gets extra credit for being grumpy and angry and ruthless. The script was surprisingly good I always expect action to have a slightly less intellectual script but this one was good.

Another absolutely enthralling masterpiece from the Russo Brothers! This movie was absolutely thrilling at every turn, and it was so much fun to watch. I definitely recommend it for action, thriller, crime, and combat fans!

Pure, top-tier action. Although the story is simple and full of familiar clichés, the film makes up for it with Chris Hemsworth's charisma and a spectacular long take that guarantees visceral and addictive entertainment from beginning to end.
