Ian M @Ianmarty4 6d Alright, listen. This movie was given 36% which goes to show how poor of a marker rotten tomatoes can be. I was just checking while looking up reviews for other movies. It also happened to put "killer" at 86% which was totally boring. "In the tall grass" on the other hand, which I saw years ago was one of the most chilling, captivating, thrilling and creepy movies I’ve ever seen. I still talk about it randomly to my friends. Stephen King is an absolute genius and the staff totally rose to the occasion! Director and all. Clearly people with good taste in movies don’t normally make time to post on rotten tomatoes. Being trapped in a haunted corn field is something we usually pay for. That idea itself could have made this film unique. But the storyline was so convoluted and confusing, that we as an audience grew tired of solving the plot. However, there was some surprising gore that kept us watching. The antagonist was well played and even had some lines that created shock value. This film could have been great, but we will settle for its mediocrisy. See more Read all reviews
