Ricardo D @RT43154676 1d I didn't realize this movie was a sequel. I have to admit, though, that it stands on its own—you don't need to have seen the first one. The script is very clever, and the killer is unhinged yet highly intelligent. I’ll admit I found myself rooting for her—I’m all for wiping out so many of those shallow, greedy influencers—but the film falls short of being truly wonderful due to some loose ends and editing that feels a bit tedious for such a simple plot. Dumbest characters of all time (ALL of them) with an insufferable lead whose unearned smugness is made more infuriating by the fact that she's a garbage killer who should have and would have been caught within 2 seconds of ANY of the lazy, poorly-thought-out crimes she commits but everyone acts like she's James Bond, assassin extraordinaire. Girl has a massive birth mark covering HALF her face and NOBODY could find her?? When she doesn't even try to hide?? Don't get me started on the 8 million scenes where people inexplicably choose not to call police and basically stick their little necks out on a silver platter and hand her the knife. A boring, pick-me MC in an annoyingly pick-me movie production. If someone invents a time machine, please find me so I can get my 2 hours back.
