12/29/2017 "Lake Nowhere" is a slasher horror B movie which actually is not bad with the cheesy special effects and acting. 50 minutes of entertaining fun. The cliches don't feel like a hindrance, the violence is plenty of fun and it never overstays its welcome. This is a get in, get out experience that knows what it wants to pull off and doesn't allow room for filler (although this also means there's next to no character development - but does that really matter?).
