A wholesome, earnest film whose energy comes from the interplay between childhood innocence and adult responsibility, and a consequent rejection of adolescent cynicism.

While it has a great concept, 'Little Monsters' is lacking in humour, heart and effort

What a jagged little gem.

Nyong'o is the main reason to see Abe Forsythe's patchy film, an attempt to do Shaun of the Dead with added children.
