The movie screening experience was very disappointing. The theater first played the second half of the movie instead of the first half. Later, they restarted the movie from the beginning, but there was no audio. When I approached the operator to report the issue, he responded that his mind was not stable, which was unprofessional and did not help resolve the situation. Due to these technical problems and the poor customer service, I was unable to enjoy the movie. I would like to request a full refund.
