Following the brutal murder of her husband, a Kansas highway patrol officer (Georgina Campbell) sets out on a journey to track down the perpetrator. This film has clearly been tampered with. From its bizarre editing to some truly horrendous ADR, Psycho Killer barely feels like full movie, much less a cohesive one. Georgina Campbell is innocent, though.

Some good jump scares, dark humor, and decent gore with an interesting structure (bouncing back and forth between protagonist POV and killer POV). The third act twist may put some people off, but I was surprisingly down for how bizarre it was and what it implied.
