While it has an undeniable curiosity factor, the film has merit as a sprawling and effective work that combines the expected action beats with quieter, character-driven moments, and elements of pure weirdness to surprisingly strong effect.

Goofs; the yankees who walked in on the dance were not in proper uniform. Enlisted privates with stripes down their legs of their yankee pants; totally out of regulation. The acting was 3rd rate; and the story line made no sense; pass on this one.

It was interesting. I just don't get the part where they're going around the wagon on the brink of a precipice. Why not just climb THROUGH the wagon & avoid danger?

I didn't pick this movie- my boyfriend did because he loves all movies about war. He soon fell asleep unfortunately. I actually was enthralled with this- the outfits were beautiful and it was exciting. It had an interesting dynamic between the family. Very interesting romances. I thought it was cinematically shot beautifully and the music was ethereal. Interesting mix for a western but I liked it a lot. It worked. The ending was quite satisfying!

It was awful, slow and convoluted. I kept waiting for something to happen. The story made no sense. Don't waste your time.

The storyline sounded great and the movie started out okay but towards the second half it just got a little too bizarre with the female villain leading a bunch of masked zombies to avenge being jilted by her ex-boyfriend. Overall, I thought it was a waste of two hours.
