Shahin M Oct 11 The movie was good, but I felt Roya( Hoda's) back story of why she was running from Iran to the Netherlands was unclear. If they would have explained more of her back story by giving more screen time to the marriage of the character she stabbed and their relationship. Was he abusive did he force her to marry him and she decided to escape? So many unanswered questions. If they would have went from the scene of her running and then to a scene of her relationship to the guy she was married to would have been a better stronger character development. Her character should have been more stressed and worried. I felt she was happily running away not really in a paranoid mindset. The character for that Alin played was more convincing and he carried the movie for me. He had a more convincing mindset of the struggle. Asking the question should I save this girl is it worth saving this girl ect. While dealing with the loss of his friend. Overall I see the potential of Hoda as an actress (maybe she needs to be in more comedies). Alin is what made me keep watching.
