The best thing about this Z-grade filler is the location, a fabulous sprawling Beverly Hills mansion that you may have seen in Columbo, Death Becomes Her, There Will Be Blood etc Unfortunately, huge amounts of celluloid are expended on cast members running around the gardens and not doing much. More like a family drama, but the fambly is being replicated & replaced by look-alike Martians. Kinda like that other much more famous movie. Nobody famous in this one, except Queen of the Bees "MARIE WINDSOR" *no relation", who was glookin. I'm giving it 2 1/1 RT stars on 4.27.2022. Acting & script are good. And there is an O'Henry twist at the end. It is in the tradition of It Came From Outer Space (1953) and Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1957) on the surface but the acting is good and so is the writing.
