The Drama is not a tidy film from any angle. Its themes are extreme and uncomfortable. Its director’s past actions are more than questionable. But if audiences are willing to keep an open mind and engage with it, it will reward on a massive scale. Go to Full Review

It's not as strange or absurd as it could’ve been, and lands somewhere in the middle, not enough one thing or the other. Mid is an apt description for The Drama, which is neither offensive nor tremendous. Go to Full Review

A sharp, unsettling essay on intimacy and truth, elevated by Pattinson’s restraint, though Borgli’s calculated style keeps viewers at a distance. Go to Full Review

Trevor 3h What an uncomfortable, yet entertaining movie. See more silvia 5h very raw and deep. 10/10 See more Marty 6h Very unusual concept. Intriguing. See more Anita W 8h This movie really didn't make any sense and was so extreme in its 'melodrama' that some of the cultural nuances were lost. Therefore not sure of the point it was trying to make. See more Peter F 13h The Drama is a very interesting film. I appreciate the message of asking whether or not if we can move on from the mistakes of others. The way it was presented though was a little weird for me to be honest. Robert Pattinson and Zendaya both give excellent performances, especially towards the end of the film. The sound was also really well done. But overall, I’m not sure if I’d see it again. See more k 16h Am I the only one who shed a tear at the end? See more Read all reviews
