In this lauded Pixar animated film, married superheroes Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson) and Elastigirl (Holly Hunter) are forced to assume mundane lives as Bob and Helen Parr after all super-powered activities have been banned by the government. While Mr. Incredible loves his wife and kids, he longs to return to a life of adventure, and he gets a chance when summoned to an island to battle an out-of-control robot. 9.3/10. movie is amazing. the story sets up so many alley oops for next things. alley oop for a sequel, alley oop for jack jacks powers, so many things end this movie like there going to be a second movie. syndrome is an amazing villain and the story the incredibles battle through to become supers again is very good.

The Incredibles is one of my favorate animated movies because it combines action, humor, and family values so well. I loved how each family member learned to use their unique strengths while supporting one another. The story is exciting, the characters are memorable, and the message about teamwork really stands out. Even years later, it's still a fun and inspiring movie to watch.

One of my most favorite Pixar movies not because it’s a superhero movie, but the metaphor of suppressing emotions, identity, etc. I definitely recommend if you have trouble speaking up without feeling guilty. P.S. I hope Incredibles 3 is a banger when it comes out!!!

"The Incredibles" se consolida no solo como una obra maestra de Pixar, sino como un pilar fundamental de la animación moderna. Más allá de su impecable factura técnica, que resiste con asombro el paso de dos décadas, lo sustancial reside en los pequeños detalles: el guion utiliza la estética retro-futurista de los 60 para explorar el peso de los roles tradicionales y la crisis de identidad. Bob Parr no solo lucha contra villanos; lucha contra el asfixiante constructo social que le exige enterrar su pasado glorioso para encajar en la normalidad. La película es una lección magistral sobre la madurez: Bob debe aprender "a la mala" que su obsesión por un sueño reprimido lo estaba cegando ante lo que ya poseía. Su arco es un viaje hacia la integración, dejando atrás un individualismo destructivo para entender que la prosperidad de su familia es el único futuro que vale la pena.
