Scott and Annie Russell couldn't be happier after buying their dream home from a mysterious and lonely widower named Charlie in Napa Valley, Calif. Their newfound paradise soon turns into a living nightmare when Charlie -- still strangely attached to the house -- begins to show up and interfere in their daily lives. The Intruder succeeds in making this scenario less blatantly paranoid and misanthropic than it often appears... It also helps that Quaid, showing remarkable dedication to the role, jumps effortlessly between magnanimous old fool and evil.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

The beginning scene says it all. A black neighbor knocks on the door and the black guy can't act at all---with that, the movie sucks. They should have gotten a new actor for the part. It continues on with this black guys horrible acting and the more horrible acting by the main character and then black guys white wife---damn this movie sucks. I couldn't make it past the dinner scene and now the rest of you don't have to.
