Makani Young (Sydney Park) has moved from Hawaii to quiet, small-town Nebraska to live with her grandmother and finish her final year of high school. But as the countdown to graduation begins, she and her classmates are stalked by a killer intent on exposing their darkest secrets to the entire town, terrorizing every victim while wearing a life-like mask of their own face. While it is easy to compare this to the admittedly more unique slashers before it, There’s Someone Inside Your House at the very least does everything on its own terms. It is not capitalizing on nostalgia or trapped in the past.

It’s slasher formula 101 – introduce the killer’s fodder (most often a group of insufferable teens) and then slice them, carve them, chop them, and impale them one by one. That’s this movie in a nutshell.

If you're a fan of slashers you'll like this. The visuals are fun and the story is tense, nothing groundbreaking but definitely a fun romp. If I were to compare it to another film I'd go for I Remember what You Did Last Summer. If you liked that, you'll like this.

I would've given it 3 stars but then the kid turns his dad's german ww2 memorablia collection into bongs. Look its a fun movie, is it something new no, but its enjoyable not obvious who the killer is and has a fun gimmick of exposing the teens secrets...

This movie is horrible. Killing people in church. Whoooaaa what a statement! And then they have some racial banter a white gorl proclaiming white power and how white people have to walk around guilt. This movie is so unnecessary. The white power girl makes a speech about a trans gender in front of everyone. It’s just so obvious they are trying to hard to appease a certain group. Do not recommend. Stop trying to divide this country even more than it already is. And murder in church just isn’t cool. It’s adolescence 🙄
