Somehow, it was neither. They try way too hard to be serious instead of letting the characters act and speak naturally. The acting isn’t good, and the basic story structure and details often make no sense. It feels like someone wrote down ideas from their favorite horror movies and either used A.I. to build a generic demon story around them or just combined a bunch of bad ideas on no budget. If it had been fun or funny along with the "scary demon" story, it could’ve become a cult classic. Instead, I think it’ll disappear as something not even worth seeing once. I literally apologized to my friends and we stopped it 25 minutes in. Nobody seemed to fact-check the story, characters, or even how normal people interact — and I’m not talking about the supernatural stuff.
