In Tuner, Academy Award-winning director Daniel Roher's first narrative feature, Leo Woodall stars as a gifted young piano tuner whose heightened sense of hearing draws the attention of criminals, who see his talents as useful for opening safes as well as for tuning Steinways. With his once-promising musical career over, he works across New York with his mentor Harry Horowitz (Academy Award-winner Dustin Hoffman), encountering a range of characters, including composition student Ruthie (Havana Rose Liu), with whom he forges an unexpected connection. Niki's safecracking work threatens his budding romance with Ruthie and pulls him into increasingly dangerous territory.

Cesar 16h Wow this movie is amazing, definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it before. I thought Leo Woodall did phenomenal job at his role as Niki, I loved how realistic he acted dealing with his hearing issues. I really liked the relationship between Harry and Niki, really felt that connection between the two actors. I loved the cinematography, the score of the film and the plot that had me invested. I enjoyed all the characters in this movie, I felt as if they all added something to the story. The ending was perfect, Niki definitely made me emotional when he played that piece to Ruthie. This film definitely inspired to get back in to playing piano, hopefully one day I can pick it up again. Definitely will re watched this again, 100% recommend to everyone.
