The show sits down, shuts up, straps in and delivers an effective, character-driven story like "Smoldering Children."
She's just about to place her hand against his PSYYYYYYCH!, she pulls it back, leaving him proverbially "hangin'." Ice cold, and a role model to us all.
You guys, I might be losing my mind, but I really liked that American Horror Story. Like. A lot.
This phenomenal cast, regulars and guest stars alike, consistently elevate the material. "Smoldering Children" was also a delightfully gory episode.
I expected "Smoldering Children" to reveal quite a bit about Larry's family, but so many things caught me off guard.
So although it was a good episode, nothing new was really brought to our attention.
A fun game to play on this show is "which extraneous outsider will be murdered this week?"
One of the most bizarre love...parallelograms on TV this side of soap operas.
