Dennis (Glenn Howerton) and his sister Dee (Kaitlin Olson) first must decide the fate of their ailing grandfather, who happens to be a former Nazi. Later, their father Frank (Danny DeVito) masterminds a get-rich-quick scheme involving the city's trash, and Mac (Rob McElhenney) helps Charlie (Charlie Day) plan a sham fund-raiser. The gang also uncharacteristically seek an outside opinion during a visit to a therapist's office, but, as expected, more problems than solutions arise.
