The season has done a good job of establishing these problems.

Fun even when it's ludicrous, forgivable when the clichés fly-well, I could tell you what happens next but then I'd have to kill you.

Mar 1, 2019 | Full Review…

It's all terribly unfeasible, but Tim Pigott-Smith leads a good support cast and, at least in this opening episode, there's little sex (there's usually loads) to distract from the shoot-'em-up action.

Dressed to kill, to be sure, though never as nattily, cleverly or memorably as the immortal James Bond. But in between movies, these guys will do.

Mar 1, 2019 | Full Review…

It's in dealing with the emotional toll of the job where "Strike Back" really earns its money, in fact.

Mar 1, 2019 | Rating: B+ | Full Review…

"Strike Back" is the smartest action thriller on TV.

Mar 1, 2019 | Full Review…

A viewer can really feel it as having an stand-apart identity. Which is very important for an action series like this. Bullet storms and exotic locales can easily blend together and mean nothing if done poorly.

Section 20 is in a precarious place as the British Military try to close down Section 20, but this Military Soldier stands by them & ends up heading Section 20, so she can go after the triggers. The triggers gets handed off from person to person until they end up in the hands of a man who is very rich philanthropist & wants them for a plot to change African politics....the action of the first season with a much better storyline, that comes together for a powerful action thriller that gets you wanting to see the next episode as they try Scott & Stonebridge try to prevent a nuclear incident & go after a philanthropist terrorist who has left a trail of bodies behind him of innocent people.
