Suits returned with one intense ride.

Mike representing himself worked out far better than I thought it would. Not only did it show what a competent attorney he was but it also gave him a chance to show his heart in his closing arguments.

Gabriel Macht successfully let the audience in into a more vulnerable, more damaged layer of Harvey - someone so hurt that he could not even operate even when the world depended on it.

One thing Suits has done so well is establish the friendly woman-to-woman relationship between Rachel and Donna.

What's enjoyable about "Uninvited Guests" is that it builds on what's come before instead of having the characters go through redundant character beats.

Suits' best season to date.

"25th Hour" was a fantastic ending to a fantastic season.

Well played, Mike, well played; but will it hold up?

Sometimes something comes along that sounds like the streaky part of the toilet paper and it manages to transcend the suck and be wonderful..."Faith" falls into this category.

Suits is back - bigger and better than ever in season 5. It returns with big cases, earth-shattering revelations, sneak-attacks, passionate love affairs, ferocious rivalries, and deep bonds of affection amongst the lawyers of Pearson Spector & Litt.

Audience Reviews for Suits: Season 5

While not as great as the previous season, it was still intriguing to watch how things will play out, though the "twist" was too predictable. I am also aware of the increasing use of swearwords that serve no reasons at all, what were the writers thinking to make these people so vulgar? And Markle still cannot act, otherwise Torres was fantastic and Macht delivered a great performance.

The bell tolls for Mike Ross in Season 5 of Suits as the reckoning begins. In the first half season things get personal for Harvey Specter as he starts having panic attacks in the wake of Donna leaving him, which leads Harvey to seek therapy and confront some deep seeded issues that have been weighing on him; meanwhile an old enemy works to get him removed from the firm. And in the second half, Mike Ross faces the trial of his life as it finally comes to light that he never went to law school. The writing is extremely good, heightening the tension and drama from episode to episode, building to climatic mid and end of season finales. Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams both give exceptional performances, and recurring guest stars John Pyper-Ferguson, Christina Cole, and Leslie Hope are also quite impressive: playing their characters extraordinarily well. One of the most powerful and well-made seasons of the series, Suits' fifth season goes for broke, putting everything on the table, and it pays off big.

SUits is unlike any other show i've ever watched, and i have no clue what it is about this show, but once you start watching it's hard to stop.

Wondeful series, well-cast, beautiful written and acted.

I must say this is one of my favorite shows, I will put it in the same category with Criminal Minds which i LOVE. I love the thrill and the cases introduced in every episode with the spice of their everyday life and drama..I cant distinguish the greatness between the seasons, at the end of each one I cant wait for the next.

One of the major reasons I love this show is that at its centre it is about relationships: how complicated they can be; how simple; and how gloriously rewarding.
  • Jun 25, 2016
Losing it's heart with no real characters to root for, but the second half saves the first half.

This series always made me feel as if Pearson Spectre Litt was unbeatable and that even though they might face trouble along the way, they would always come out on top or at least on the winning side. Until this season… In this season, I feel as if the series finally took the daring move to show what happens when the firm looses, what happens when Mike makes the wrong call. I can't help but feel helpless for the characters, every single one of them. All the characters motivations were made clear and even the characters which I despised at the beginning of the season, I wound up rooting for them at the end of it. Everything that I love about suits was taken up a notch and then some, from the office drama and the very real consequences and the inner demons everyone has to deal with. I did feel that some characters were a bit underdeveloped than others and that some things were left unfinished. But I felt that the introduction of the subplots were necessary to build upon the main story and it in my mind really paid off in the end when you feel the weight that was put on these characters shoulders, showing you that sometimes things aren’t as simple as they seem. Never have I seen their relationship being tested like this and its gonna take a whole lot of loyalty for them to get out of this in one piece, can’t wait for the second season.
