The cinematography mirrors the style of these years: so it's not revolutionary, even though nice to see. The real problem is the script which is inconsistent and not capturing nor emotional. Brad acts properly but does not give the best interpretation of his career as a leading role. It must be said that the proximity with his role in Once upon a time in... Hollywood doesn't help the critic, the comparison is inevitable. By a 'science fiction genre' prospective it is interesting only the society that is depicted, but again nothing new.
