I'm not crying, you're crying! I didn't think it could get better after Infinity War. I was on the edge of my seat. I laughed, I cried, and I immediately rewatched. They seamlessly integrated 22 movies while making a stand alone movie worth watching. The movie explores the issues and inverses of redemption, grief, hope, and rebuilding life after tragedy in an engaging superhero movie.
The opening is the most moving 10 minutes in cinematic history. The rest of the movie is good for kids, but I find myself avoiding rewatching as it just isn't fun to watch.
The cone of shame has made it into the regular vocabulary of my dog-owning household.
I avoided this movie for so long because I didn't particularly care for the original and this one looked stupid. Karen Gillian, the Rock, Jack Black, and surprisingly the Jonas were convincing as their characters and made for a charismatic and fun movie. Of course Jack Black stole the show. While the young actors are definitely more inexperienced, the ending was touching

I didn't like the new changes to the Jasmine plot but my. Kids liked the movie. I loved the Prince Ali number and thought Will Smith and Aladdin caried the movie even with the glaring distractions of "storytelling". These Disney remakes are still a terrible idea
