The story certainly captured my attention and kept me on the edge of my seat. While the documentary does a great job of unraveling the truth behind the famous Bigfoot footage, it remains neutral about Bigfoot’s actual existence. What I loved most about the story is that, regardless of whether Bigfoot is real, the documentary explores the complex human relationships and the impact the footage has had on the Patterson family and everyone involved. In some ways, it serves as a reflection of our society: people will continue to believe what they want to believe, regardless of the truth. For that reason, it’s a must watch whether you believe in Bigfoot or not.

A thoughtful, introspective look at beliefs, family and the friends that surround you when the clock of life is ticking. A much larger topic than the identity of Bigfoot itself. Unexpected and highly recommended.

Hands-down one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. At its heart, this isn't a film about bigfoot, it's a film about the lives of the people who formed the crux of the bigfoot legend, and how their lives were affected by the famous Patterson-Gimlin film. Highly recommended, check it out!

Wow! Incredible film. Such depth and heart. Was shocked as I thought I knew a lot about Bigfoot, but never heard the true origin story behind how the 1967 iconic film was made. And to see the drama that ensued with the family and friends play out over 60 years, very emotional stuff. Highly recommend to anyone who has either casual Bigfoot interest to hard core Bigfoot believers, as this story touches on the entirety of it.
