Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald is a decent addition to J.K. Rowling’s universe. I think I still like the first one more. It’s obviously a bit of a filler film, which some people may not like, but I don’t have a problem with.

A bit long, but still a great movie. It's also a must-see for Harry Potter fans because it's filled with backstory information regarding most of the H.P characters.

I have re-watched this recently and I have re-evaluate it: when I fist watched this I was still thinking it would have been more similar to Harry Potter but after some distance from the saga I have appreciated this movie as a new entity. The story itself is actually quite interesting and there are funny moments that makes the experience more enjoiable. Only sad thing is that Jonny Deep is replaced in the last movie of the trilogy :(
