When Gnomeo and Juliet first arrive in London with their friends and family, their biggest concern is getting a new garden ready for spring. When everyone in the garden suddenly goes missing -- there's only one gnome to call -- Sherlock Gnomes. The famous detective and sworn protector of the city shows up with his sidekick Watson to investigate the case. The mystery soon leads the gnomes on a rollicking adventure as they meet all-new ornaments and explore an undiscovered side of London.

It's a serviceable animated take on a well known tale that also happens to be a sequel. One could call it a movie solely for kids, but you can't even trust them being happy with the product.

The best animated movie in a freaking while. Everything down to the animation, voice acting, pacing, story and ending are on point, absolutely incredible. I can’t even fathom the words to describe this masterpiece. I especially love the bathing suit gnome, he has the best character arc, really changes as a person from despicable to kind. 5/5 amazing.

Sherlock Gnomes (2018) in my point of view this movie is not that bad, it manages to deliver good entertainment despite its very weak script.

Ironically Sherlock was by far the most likable character in this movie, but apparently the creators of this film wanted the audience to dislike him. Well, that didn’t work out so well. I only ended up not liking the original cast. Everyone was kinda annoying… I also felt like they absolutely massacred Moriarty because 1) why does he look like this and 2) he‘s very 2 dimensional. There wasn’t any depth in his character at all
