Extraordinary’s own superpower is that it makes the comic book conceit pertinent to the individual characters -- their emotional travails connect to the powers on offer, sometimes hilariously and sometimes with genuine melancholy. Go to Full Review
Mike Hale New York Times 02/02/2023
It helps that Moran’s comic sensibility is dirty-mouthed and dirty-minded in a completely disarming, sometimes painfully funny way. Go to Full Review

As a whole, this first season does leave room for exploration and improvement. But as a start, it's more than enough to prove that Extraordinary has some special abilities to keep it going. Go to Full Review

Its true core is not in the extraordinary but the quotidian: love, friends, family, and the transition into adult life. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

Unexpected – and much appreciated! – treat. If you’ve not watched it already, go back and watch. Go to Full Review

The premise is a little like “Encanto,” but it’s a funny romp as Jen's best friend Carrie channels spirits and Carrie’s boyfriend Kash rewinds time. The funniest character is a shapeshifter trapped as Jen’s cat with a nickname too raunchy to spoil! Go to Full Review

David M. @Rendol Dec 4 I have finished all of season 1 See more Admiral b @admiral_mohamed Nov 28 this show is pretty fresh and unique experience it is very enjoyable and funny and the. Music choices are very good See more J G Aug 19 I was in love with this show the moment I seen it. I have not laughed at a comedy so much in years. The first season was great, but the second season was just off the scale. It was phenomenal from the first scene. Jen wakes up and starts dancing around the house. It was upbeat from the first moment. Then I learned the third season wasn't going to happen. They cancelled it. It was absolutely iconic. It could have went on for many seasons. I have never understood why they cancel fantastic shows. I am not hopeful they will get another platform to take it over. I do hope so. It ended on a cliff hanger. Even just to make 1 more season to finish it off I'd be happy with that. I think there is many shows they could have cancelled this was not one of them. As soon as I heard the news it was cancelled, I did my own cancellation and cancelled my disney subscription. I have never got it back. These platforms cancel shows the audience wants to see. the paying customers. I was done with netflix years ago. They cancelled everything. Seems disney has followed the same thing. I would love another company to take on extraordinary. Maybe they will. I truly hope so. See more Kiana C Aug 7 This show was everything I could want in a series, It’s so hilarious but still has the ability to make you cry. They’re so creative with everyone’s powers and I love seeing the character development. I’m devastated it was cancelled and I really hope it gets renewed for a third season!
