See more Jakey B @RT00961171 Mar 30 Going in with bad expectations, this final season was no where as awful as expected, though despite being an incredibly epic season, it's still unfortunately underwhelming. It doesn't ruin the series as a whole and there are some excellent character and spectacle moments but also many shocking decisions that are poorly developed. Overall, easily the weakest season, but is still mostly solid up until the finale, which is a shame because all the pieces were there but not concluded as compelling as they should have been. She should have told her dragon to roast Jon Snow a long time ago - technically he had already died. The season was deeply misguided and misogynistic. There, I said it. Consider a Jeopardy episode where a trivia expert has slain the competition and the final answer/question doesn’t matter. So #metoo I despised the last season BECAUSE the executive producers couldn’t play by their own rules and let women rule! The writing up to this season grip you so you are trapped to just finish the last season, NO MATTER THE WARNINGS YOU HEARD. I beg you to make up your own ending to this tale and you will be far better off than if you decide to watch the last season, after many others warnings of being PUNKED so badly at the end, you will never want to watch or talk about GOT again. Like you were SCAMMED out of thousands of dollars or like finding out your spouse was cheating on you with your best friend. Its like they built up this intricate story line and characters you have become 100% emotionally invested in, just for you to get to the last chapter of the book to have a bomb waiting to blow up in your face with NO CLOSURE OF ANY STORY LINE AT ALL!
