It's a desperate, screeching pile of random garbage meant for people who think loud noises are a sign of their personality. Every time a character opens their mouth to sing another identical, ear-bleeding song, you can feel your brain cells dying in real time. They smudged a potentially, very, very interesting idea with the most pitiful, useless, disgusting fucking humor they could think of. The Characters not only lack humor, but they also openly disparage the audience's IQs that's mostly children. If you somehow have a fucking balls to enjoy this, you should have an extensive Lobotomy surgery. It's an unwatchable project that is completely useless to society and everywhere else.
