It genuinely baffled me how fit the boys were in season 1 already, but watching the action sequences in season 2 really had me wondering if they spent the last 3 years developing their boxing skills because damn, girl! Go to Full Review

R T @RT76467745 1h Season 2 of Bloodhounds feels noticeably weaker, largely due to how the antagonist is portrayed. Rain’s performance leans heavily into exaggerated intimidation, which comes across as overacting rather than genuinely threatening. What makes this more frustrating is the inconsistency in character strength. Kang In-beom was incredibly difficult to defeat in Season 1, yet in Season 2 he is taken down by Rain with just a couple of punches. Similarly, Rain’s character easily defeats a professional boxer in the first episode with minimal effort. These moments feel unrealistic and undermine the tension that made the first season so engaging. Overall, the forced brutality and lack of believable power scaling make it harder to stay invested in the story. See more Angelique M @RT72284611 2h They really stepped up the action in the 2nd season. The fights are extreamly entertaining and there's never a dull moment. The actors are great at their roles. It's a fun mix of serious and comedic scenes. Really enjoyed it, can't wait for season 3! See more Girl n C @RT73976665 3h Not sure why they had to misrepresent Uzbek fighters. There was gross misrepresentation and maligning of Uzbek athletes in this show. Utterly disappointed that a Korean show is skewing facts like this- Uzbeks do not use filthy language like what was shown, in fact they are the complete opposite, they are ethical when it comes to upholding sportsmanship and values, the don’t have the disgusting intentions or habits like gambling that was portrayed. They simply worship and thank One God and hold their family and values of hard work and upright moral character in high regard. It’s utterly disappointing that this show didn’t use facts based on the life of real Uzbek athletes who have shown the world that they win because of the high moral principles they uphold. Highly, highly disappointed with this misrepresentation and gross demonization of another culture. Will not be watching this show because of this. See more Brandy J. @RT80756925 3h I love this show so much. It is a very good show. First and second season both amazing this is such a well put together series the writers did excellent on this one I could watch it again sooooo good. See more Brutz R. @RT31635254 8h Could have definitely been alot better. Sorry, but the villain isn't that good. Too matters worse when they fight it like kinda like a bad version of the U.F.C tournament. Obviously the villain doesn't have to fight anyone except Gang woo. The should have at least stretched it. Not make it a oh he threatened his family, and he caved. Sorry, but they made everyone on his side look like punks. Even the police its like they are thier only as a filler or after thought. I don't care who you're if you try blowing up a hotel, and kill 1 cop. At that point your life might as well be over. The rest won't stop until they get some type of retribution. So yeah they killed 1. Seriously injured a second and noone except a kid did anything. Granted I like a movie just as much as the next person, but at least give it some substance. Also why make him a cry baby when we wasn't one even when he had his face cut up? See more Kester W @RT64653325 9h No longer the same tough characters from Season 1. In Season 2, GunWoo is the cryboy who cries from episode 1-4, weak. Conveniently, his punches & determination are no longer as strong as they were in S1. The producers tried hard to give viewers the "We are family & we stick together" vibes, very cringe. Good to see both boxers having access to elite power & authority. S1 was dark, helpless, hopeless, too corrupt, but everything in S2 is just unnecessarily reckless. In S1, each decision made sense and each fight had a reason. About the villain, he lacked the depth and complexity compared to MyeongGil from S1. Villain in S2 simply didn't make sense. He looked like he didn't complete elementary school. Temperamental, easily agitated, thug-like, low-level. In contrast, the villain in S1 commands fear, yet wasn't afraid to portray himself as a less proficient fighter through use of hidden weapons & body armor. A DISAPPOINTMENT. See more Read all reviews
