There’s a lot she doesn’t say – about the other big relationships in her life, or the sexism of the media, or ageism in the business – but ultimately Kylie serves as a celebration of the healing power and, yes, the validity, of pop music. Go to Full Review

After watching Kylie, even her most ardent fans will understand her story a little better — even if she is still as mysterious as ever. Go to Full Review

But it’s difficult to see what Kylie has been through personally and professionally and not feel a pang of admiration for the fact that she’s still at the forefront of pop culture, recognisable everywhere and by almost everyone. Go to Full Review

Kylie feels unguarded in a truly rewarding fashion ... As a fan who has wandered over the years only to come back to Kylie’s side, I was deeply moved by Harte’s rigorously researched and emotionally generous three-part series. Go to Full Review

Matas L @matiaslopez 1h I really enjoyed this piece. It traces the journey of a small Australian star who found the strength to conquer pop music while always maintaining her simplicity without becoming overwhelming. Although it tells a story rooted in the pop industry, the documentary takes on a deeper angle that feels inspiring far beyond music itself. There was still much left unsaid about her life, but the narrative thread is sensitive, moving, and uplifting. The director handles the story with great delicacy, and the protagonist shines with authenticity. See more Joe T @JoeT03 5h I like Kylie Minogue and many of her songs. I thought this documentary was interesting to a point, but it skipped over certain topics and fell into the trap of blaming men in general for circumstances and changing tastes. She needs some motivation from Rocky. "The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it... it’s about how hard you get hit and keep movin’ forward. How much you can take, and keep movin’ forward. That’s how winning is done!" Stop blaming other people. Or in this case, other genders. Music changed in the 90's. They skip over the major change to grunge music. This impacted other acts like Van Halen, Duran Duran, etc. They didn't cry about being a man. She shifted toward the loyal gay audience that didn't move to grunge. That kept her relevant. She tried to mimic 90s Madonna and got burnt. Don't blame imaginary bias toward women.
